Wright Elementary Shows Heart for Wear Red Day

Wear Red Day

Wright Elementary School was filled with a sea of red as students, teachers, and staff came together to celebrate Wear Red Day, raising awareness about heart health and the importance of caring for our bodies.

Classrooms and hallways were bright with red shirts, ribbons, and decorations as scholars learned about healthy habits such as staying active, eating nutritious foods, and taking care of their hearts every day. The event blended education with school spirit, encouraging students to support one another while learning life-long wellness lessons.

Faculty members praised the enthusiasm shown by students and thanked families for helping scholars participate in the meaningful day. The strong turnout reflected Wright Elementary’s commitment to health, unity, and community awareness.

Wear Red Day served as a reminder that even small actions — like learning about heart health and supporting a good cause — can make a big difference.

Wright Elementary proudly wore red and showed big heart for a great cause. ❤️
